Monday Mania quickie

I wanted to show a couple of Monday Mania items today, but I have to do it quickly, I have "back to school cookies" to bake!


This is how I would dress most days if I didn't have a house to clean. This outfit actually comes with prim foot shoes, but I am still loving my anklets.


This is how I actually dress most days IRL. In fact today the only difference is that I am not wearing a sweatshirt (it's too hot). Yes I know it's not as stylish, but it is functional. And I do wear sneakers 95% of the time IRL. Oh well what I wear IRL is not important what is important is these are deals for today only so go before you miss out and be sad. And no you can't have any cookies, unless you are going to school, then maybe.

I got a little too excited

See rule one when you are editing something is to make a copy. I however tend to get so excited about something new that on occasion I forget. It is always those times that I end up breaking something. Why am I sharing this embarrassing factoid, well it's because I did just that when I got these new anklets from Faery Sola of ~Studio Sidhe~. These anklets are made to be worn with the bare feet from SLink, I happened to choose the tiptoes version to show you. I think tiptoes are cute, but they do come in low and medium versions if you don't want to look as cute. Oh you probably want to see the anklets that got me so excited huh?


Look I love them so much I even kept them on in the tub! Not only do they come made for the three foot styles but here are also six different stone choices....

So there you have it, fantastic anklets that you really do need to add to your inventory. You won't regret it I promise. Oh and don't be like me, make a copy of them before you decide to resize them.

No sugar and spice today

I am thinking this is a little more like "I will fuck you up if you look at me the wrong way". Not you average everyday Phire huh? I will admit that when I bought this I was slightly intoxicated. What can I say I am easily influenced while under the influence. I blame Sakura. In all honesty though it is sexy and there are so many different options when it comes to wearing this leathery goodness. I of course am wearing as little as possible because, okay I have no good reason.


I went with this skin from Dutch Touch because I think it gave me a hard, less cutesy look. And of course the lip rings just add to the badassness of the look, at least in my head it does. Hmm latex Tuesday and leather today, maybe my inner fetishist is showing this week.

Maybe it is the latex, maybe it was because I watched Kick Ass recently, maybe I am just strange, or maybe I am just my quirky self. Whatever the reason when I got this latex suit as a gift I just knew I needed to throw on a mask and go pretend to protect the masses. I said pretend since I most likely could get my ass kicked by a teddy bear.



Oh well at least I will look hot while getting my ass kicked.

It's that time of year again

When I shamelessly post a blog on my birthday.

Taddaa I am one year older, well at least age wise. I think I stopped maturing behavior wise at 13 or so. Did you notice I am not wearing any yellow in this post? I know it is shocking, but hey even I have to change it up sometime.

I am wearing new pretties from Violet Voltaire. Violet was super smart and made a scripted and non-scripted version of the necklace and bracelet, just in case you don't really need to know the time. Now if I could just fast forward time to make it cake time life would be perfect. Yeah I am easy to please, just give me cake and I am happy.

A post for Tuesday

Yeah not the best post title ever but hey no one comes here expecting great prose right?

By now you have seen this dress all over the feed, but really it is that pretty that one more person wearing it won't kill anyone right? It is the hunt prize from Swansong for the Platinum hunt if you didn't already know. I paired it with two of the new releases from The Dressing Room Blue, hair from Exile and skin from dekade. This trio of pretty made me want to pretend to be a bride on the beach, which I seem to do at least once every six months or so. Maybe in my next life I will get married on a beach.

I got all fancy with my pictures using the FilterCam HUD because there is no way I could get all the cool lens flare effects without it. If you don't own one yet you are really missing out. I need to pull it out to play with more often. I am off to go drink some more coffee.

A bright sunny stomping

I have come to the conclusion there are two ways to look at Monday, it's either a bright new beginning, or the crappiest day that needs to be stomped into the ground. Luckily I have two Monday Mania items that will fit you, whichever category your Monday falls into.

If you are the bright ant sunny kind of person who sees the beginning of the week as full of possibilities, well most people probably don't like you on Mondays. That doesn't mean you you can't enjoy yourself though and here is the outfit to do it in.

I admit that I of course am quite fond of this set and not only because it is cute and yellow, but because of the awesome customer service I got. See I was having a bit of a problem modding the shoulder straps because SL decided it wanted to change the perms on it. After jotting a quick note to LadyCatherine Fairey, the owner of Butterfly Effectz, she got me a new mod version in no time and suck around to make sure that it hadn't reverted again. Awesome customer service always makes an item that much better in my book.

Sakura really hasn't been slacking I swear

You may have noticed that Sakura hasn't been blogging that much lately. Well she has a good reason, she has been busy, very busy. Not only has she made items for both gatcha festivals, but she made new shoes for the shoe fair, and she is working on hair for the hair fair! Getting pictures with her for a blog post takes me days. Dollipops just recently opened a new satellite store open on Second Style Island. To celebrate there are these super cute balloon poses. These poses are just one of those things that makes me smile.

Hair!

Normally I leave the jumping up and down about new hair releases to others, but not this time. Over the weekend there was a new release at ploom, well four actually and a special Stumblebum hair. I am going to show off my three favorites of the group. This first one is Ivonne, a cute little headband style with long bangs. All of which you could have probably figured out yourself just looking at the picture huh?



Mouse! This one is fun because it comes with a HUD to allow you to give your hair streaks



Last but certainly not least is Nix. This one is the one I have been wearing the most. I wear my hair like this most days in real life, well it doesn't look as nice as this does, but same general idea.

See according to my calender today is International Friendship Day and while I am not sure what that exactly means it did seem like a great excuse to do a blog post with the girls. Hey now by girls I meant Lola and Sakura not my boobies or theirs. Since this was "my photo shoot" the ladies asked me what they should wear and all I told them was nipple tape and leggings since it is what we all had.


You know with the exception of my boobies being on display I think I am the most conservative of the trio. I think I need to work on that! I also missed the memo to be a pale skinned elf as well.

If you couldn't tell by the pictures we had a ton of fun. Of course things just went downhill after we were officially done.

Somehow Lola got killed. We think it was the zombie elephants, but no one is certain. I do know that Sakura and I are innocent....no matter what others may say!
