The Plastik Week~Friday

We have reached the end of our week of The Platik and I've decided to end it in green.

The RadioActive skin from the Bael Elven line matches perfectly with the Electric Lime Saturne dress. I love the style of this dress, very futuristic cyber I'm gonna kick your ass at any second and look hot while doing it :D

The Plastik Week ~ Thursday

I have a confession to make. I love sweaters, anything big and floppy and snuggly, and stretched beyond and inch of it's life. The turtle dress from The Plastik reminds me of one of those much loved sweaters. Any time I put it on I feel extra snuggly.

The dress also features the prim chest piece I pointed out in yesterday's post. Again it works well with the outfit, keeping the appearance of how the fabric would lay upon your body.

The skin I am wearing is the Stain makeup from the Bael Elven set in the Glow tone. This is my favorite because of the lips. They are just beautiful.

(haha I just realized how strange my shape looks in this last photo. Oh well, critics, have a blast, I know it helps you sleep better at night.)

The Plastik Week ~ Wednesday

Today we must talk about something very important. Prim Boobs. Yes prim boobs. But not those over sized-down-to-your-knees-no-bra-could-ever-contain-prim-boobs, no nicely done so that the wrinkles of your shirt fall naturally upon your avatar's body.

There are a few items at The Plastik that contains such prim boobs, and honestly I like them. They are not over the top and blend quite naturally with the clothing item. Now that being said they do make you a bit bigger than you normally would be but it's not over the top, it's subtle, as you can see here with the Messiah Top.

I have finished the outfit off with the Sephira Denim skirt and the Neon Sugar skin from the Bael Elven special edition line. The skirt is cute and short and flirty. I don't usually wear skirts often but I love this one. The skin's makeup has is way of being bright and glowy and just pack this incredible punch.

The Plastik Week ~ Tuesday

Today's The Plastik Week's outfit and skin are the StrappyBodysuit and the Special Edition Luna skin from the BaelElven line. I really could not begin to tell you how much I love these skins. The creative make ups bring your inner elf to life! The way the glow is beautiful. These are right up there on my list favorite fantasy skins.

The Strappy Bodysuit is one of my favorite The Plastik outfits. It's like this awesomely futuristic post apocalyptic outfit in my head. The prim straps and buckles are what really makes the whole outfit come to life.

Plastik Week!

So I've been a pretty absent blogger lately. I've been busy with RL stuff and building things for the shop and all that happy crap. I decided I would try to put together 5 days of different shops I really like. Throughout the next 5 days I will be showing you outfits and skins all available at The Plastik.

The Plastik offers a range of clothing, skins, eyes, and accessories. They cater not only to humans, but elves, nekos and furries.

I thought I would kick the week off with the newest release the Astrid Jacket. The jacket is available in six colors, I'm showing Violet here. The Astrid Jacket is strappy and features a sculpted prim collar and sculpted prim cuffs.

Also seen here are a pair of the Digi leg jeans. These are great for furs, fauns and nekos or anyone who wants to have the digi leg look. These pants are also available in human legs for you human types :P



The skin I am wearing is one of the amazing skins in the new Bael Elven skins. This is the Sheba makeup from the special edition set. Available in both plain and freckeled, these are some of my favorite freckle skins. The freckles cover the entire body as freckle skins should!

Shine at the Jewelry Fair

Brandy has a new release for the jewelry fair called Sassafras. It makes me giggle because I just love saying sassafras. It is in the lovely bronze-like color that I have come to associate Brandy’s jewelry with. When you buy this set 50% of the price goes to OxFam so you can do good and look fab all at the same time.

There is a second new item at the fair that is a preview of things to come after the fair. And it’s a dollarbie! How awesome is that? This too comes in that bronze-like metal as well.

Violet Voltaire is at the Jewelry Fair!

While Violet may not be designing full time in SL anymore she is definitely making a splash at this years jewelry fair with two new offerings. They both have that Violet flair to them The first being the Love in a Void sets. Fifty percent of the sale of the necklaces goes to OxFam, the fairs charity of choice.


As an added bonus the bracelets are only 1$L each!

Now the second bit of newness from Violet are this totally cute and way unique Dollface sets. I think she may be spending too much time with her new ball jointed doll, but hey. Get ready for a little picture overload....





I love the little details each face has, like the nose stud on the Chola and the goggles on the steampunk face. You need these I swear!

September Fashions from Modd.G

It’s September and that means it is time for Fall releases. One shop to release newness recently is ModdG. I was lucky enough to get a bunch of goodies, dresses and skirts and tops and short oh my!

First up is the Carrie sculpt shirt with has been popularly paired with the Zoey runched off the shoulder shirt.

Next is the Lucy Halter which I paired with the ModernGirl shorts. After all Fall is not officially over till next Tuesday so I am going to have to milk it for all it’s worth!

I mentioned there were dresses right? Well here is the Hannah Frill Dress. Just looking at this dress makes me want to shake my booty and watch the dress move. I also adore the lacy collar/neck piece

Which High School Clique did you fall into?

Previously I had the intention to blog a different clicque weekly, that was until school started for my son and my time quickly got grobbled up. Instead I thought, with the help from my blogging buddy, to issue a challenge to all the bloggers out there. We want to see you dressed for the crowd you ran with in High School. Big, Curvy, voluptuous...

...call it what you want. Last night I decided to peruse the feeds before calling it a night and I saw a few post referring to a new blogger challenge. I am a sucker for a challenge so I had to check it out. Make a big AV look cure, well shoot I can do that right. Well since I like to think I look cute most of the time I just dressed how I would normally.

I decided to embrace the cooler weather and wore a cute sweater from Truth. The only modding I had to do was make the scarf a little bigger to work with my erm bigger sweater meat. The only other thing that needed modding were the boots since as a bigger girl I have bigger calves. Who would have thought. I had to wear the boots because they are my latest obsession.
